About garment technique
1. Embroidery: you can have your own club logo、sponsor logo and the player’s name & numbers to embroidery on your garments. Almost any type of garments can be embroidered, to make the embroider we need to have a digitized DST file on the computer system, afte r finish the DST design then take the DST file to the embroidery machine to make up a sample to check if the design is as goods as the artwork. In order to make your logo well, we need you to provide us a clear logo artwork and if possible please also advise us the reference pantone colour and logo size .
2. Print: Your club logo、sponsor logo and the player’s name & numbers can be use Screen print on the front back or the sleeves of the garments. The cost of the screen is related to the number of color in your logo, one color need one separate screen, more col or and the cost of set up the screen must be more, and the prints are charged individually. To make your design perfect, we need a good clear design artwork in JPG or Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw format, if possible please give us your pantone reference number.
3. Sublimation: This is a high-technique process, all design and colors are make by computer, you can make any colors you like. After make the design, the artwork is transfered to the printing machine to print, then take the paper to the roller machine to transfer the artwork to the fabric. The Ink and the paper are unique, under high temperature of the roller machine, the ink soakage to the fabric and never have the color fast problem. You can have your own logos your name and numbers on the garments at the same time, so no need to consider the extra c ost of the screen print and the embroidery. For sublimation the fabric must be 100% polyester and the color is white, and then the design you choose is sublistatically print on the fabric. |
